Terrible customer service!!! I ordered an item expedited so that I would have it for a function I was traveling out of state to. The sent me the wrong items (I ordered a crop top and they sent me shorts). So I contacted them as I was so dissapointed, had to change my entire outfit. I sent an email and they apologized and confirmed that the would give me a full refund for the item (as the error was made on their side not mine and I could no longer benefit from the outfit) They said all I would have to do is put "Tiffany approved refund" on card. I did all that and they still sent me a store credit. I have sent 3 emails and I still have not received a response. They were in the wrong and refuse to refund me my money and I sent the item back!!! Horrible Customer Service. DONT RISK YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!
