ÖFUURË seems quick to take your money, but not so quick to actually send you the items you bought – literally.I ordered some sale items at the end of January 2021 after giving in to temptation from the shop's social media adverts. As it seems a black-owned business specialising in cool designs from African print – which I love – I was willing to support it, even if it meant paying a hefty sum for international delivery. Got a dispatch email three days later; however, when I checked the tracking (DHL) a few days after that email, I noticed it said the sender had generated a label but hadn't handed over the order to DHL.This persisted for weeks, by which time I contacted ÖFUURË for a status update. The responding assistant said she'll look into the order and get back to me – which never materialised. The tracking status never budged either, so at the time of writing this review – having lodged a dispute with PayPal at the beginning of March and just received a refund after radio silence from the seller – that parcel is 'still waiting to be handed to DHL.'A whole two months (and counting) just to drop off a simple package to a courier? I can only say it must be the longest, most colossal package in the universe, so it hasn't been received in its entirety (!)It's safe to say that not only has ÖFUURË lost a potential new customer, but also it's damaged that potential customer's trust in it. I won't attempt to order from it again, and I would discourage any other international users from doing the same – try Etsy instead. It calls its customer 'queens' but doesn't respect them as so, if this experience is anything to go by.
