I was transferred to OFX when they took over Firma. I was with Firma for about 3 years and never had an issue and the customer service was excellent. with OFX you are on hold for HOURS if you pick the call back option they NEVER call back. You get sent all over, no one knows their jobs and all you get is we are learning from this experience. This company is an absolute joke. The red flag was when the person I dealt with @ Firma left.
