I placed my order on the 23rd of November and never heard from them until I sent an inquiry asking when it would be shipped. Finally received a reply saying the order had been shipped on November 28th. Well it is Christmas Day and I still haven’t received my order. The tracking says the order was delivered but not at my house. I went through PayPal so I know the address was correct. To say the least I am quite disappointed as this was a Christmas present. I will never use this company again and I encourage others not to also.
