So my journey started on Friday 9th January. I travelled to turkey alone as I felt comfortable with the conversations between myself and coordinator. He was very clear and all my questions asked. I made sure that all expenses were explained and in writing (WhatsApp). I’m extremely nervous of dentist so I decided all 18 teeth removed and have 6 on 6 , be sedated. I had treatment done, I don’t remember a thing. Woke up the 1st stage 36 hours with just screws as needed to heal. Temporary teeth fixed very happy . I paid £7500 for 6 on 6 sedation sinus lift and transfers hotel . Very nice hotel and the dentistry was very clean and modern and impressive. I went home and stupidly didn’t read aftercare and snapped my top set. As you can imagine I was beside myself . I contacted my coordinator and straight away he replied “Julie please don’t panic we will sort this we never leave a patient alone” even when they knew it was my fault. I flew back to turkey transferred straight to hotel and then picked up … new teeth. And I only paid for flight hotel . They even prepared me a set to take home as jokingly I’m a naughty girl 😂 . I go back in 3 mobths for my permanent set. The clinic manager is an absolute star at keeping customers happy! Even welcoming after my disaster!
