Absolutely outstanding service. Informative communication from start to finish. Extremely efficient turn around. I arrived at 10ish, indulged in a quite frankly amazing blueberry muffin and a well executed latte and within an hour of being met and informed of the repair method, I was given a full demonstration of one fully functioning and warranted PS5 Controller. I returned home to a very happy son, who, at 18, doesn't tend to communicate with us parents much but I certainly got chapter and verse on how much better it was and how impressed he was with it. Overall a service I cannot recommend enough and I am sure to return for the Muffins if nothing else.
