I was overcharged by more than 50%, contacted the company immediately after placing the order with proof that I was overcharged. I requested a refund and the order to be canceled. Company responded, agreeing I was overcharged and blamed the third-party company that processes their payments. Still did not refund and shipped the product anyway. On top of shady business practice, the product itself was terrible. Cuts had several loose barbs that break loose into snuff with use. So if you like inhaling plastic and being ripped off, these are your guys.
