Owners of this website or whoever handles account retrieval are inconsiderate fks. I created an account awhile back and I've been inactivate for quite awhile and recently trying to login it tells me my IP has changed (Due to me moving), I opened up a ticket and explain to them I'm unable to login because my IP has changed because I moved and even told them the email I registered with is my iCloud email and they simply replied back basically saying "We're unable to assist you, make a new account instead". I don't understand how you're not able to help me login to MY account I created with MY own email that I BOUGHT upgrades on.I created my account and bought upgrades until I went inactive, it seems like there's a little scam they're running to those who are in a new IP location or moved to a new location making you create new account and pay for upgrades if you want to access different features of the site. At this point there's no point of buying upgrades and supporting the site, if you ever decide to move and moved into a new IP they will be inconsiderate people, so useless and tell you to make a new account.
