Item still hasn’t been shipped, I ordered it 14 days ago and ups still hasn’t received the package. I paid for my order to be “ moved to the front of the line” as well. Customer service won’t answer my question if they dropped it off at ups yet or not. They told me it would take a few days to contact ups. I’ve never had an issue like this on anything I’ve ever purchased online until now
