My subscriptuon order wasn't completed, I had contacted the support team, who said that there are delays due to the euro and I would receive my order as soon as possible. However, a friend of mine did receive her delivery on time, so obviously deliveries were being sent but not mine. After waiting for a week with no action from your team I had to cancel my old subscription and make a new subscription as nobody did anything.
