A bit artificial taste. And the plastic can that holds the powder has this strange smell of cheep (and presumably not so healthy) plastic. My stomach feels also strange after drinking it, as if I cannot really digest something from the ingredients. BUT talking about recovering the muscles after a lot of hiking, I think yhink it does it. I am using it for less than a week, so more things will come up probably with the time. I don't know why there is such a rush to leave a review immediately. If you give your customers a bit more time to really experience the product, you might get more positive and real feedback than just the first impressions.
