While placing my order, several gift options were displayed, creating the expectation that I would receive them. However, it later became clear that these gifts are only valid for a first order. Since I already have an account, your system clearly knows this is not my first purchase. Showing these gifts in that case is misleading and creates false expectations, which led to significant disappointment.Second, the stated delivery time was 1–3 business days. In my case, the delivery took approximately 8 days. What is even more concerning is that no one informed me about the delay. I had to proactively contact your company to find out what was happening with my order. For such a significant delay, no compensation was offered—only an apology.Finally, the delivery method was extremely inconvenient. The order was not delivered to my address but instead to a pick-up point chosen by the courier—a small neighborhood shop located kilometers away from my home. This made collecting the package unnecessarily difficult and is far from what most customers would reasonably expect from a delivery service.Overall, the ordering process, the misleading presentation on the website, and the delivery experience were highly unsatisfactory.
