Finally got sorted Friday after nearly 6 weeks. Communication from OHK was poor. If Ye knew, it was something Ye haven't dealt with then you should have communicated ,leaving us on hold and the phone dies and not ringing back it will make anyone irrate. Communication between the electrician and Ye needs to be rectified so that noone has to be chasing for answers. Lisa didn't know what ESB wanted as she said so herself and myself and my husband tried to explain. It's something that should have been done before work commenced Your surveyor missed that when he did his survey. We got an email saying everything was good to go with the ESB switch board.I understand things can get messy but with proper communication it shouldn't escalate. If you are told it will take time you will wait patiently,I hope you have learnt something new. We are now happy it's up and running. Thank you for the compensation.
