I sent feedback to OHK Energy via an e-mail last Wednesday to a recent service call I had. Let’s see how their customer service respond to this - if they respond at all. It’s Saturday now and silence so far. Star rating might improve…let’s see… Got the response on Monday morning. Worth increasing star rating to 2 stars. So here is my original communication to OHK.as they used this platform with the same response.Be careful out there when parting with your money…!Hi, I just thought I’d respond to recent service call I had from OHK on a solar system tubing sensor problem, with which I outlined clearly on my initial enquiry to OHK,I proceeded and requested OHK to schedule in the call out for the cost of €199 which I paid in advance. I had hoped the issue would be resolved during the call out. I found out since that you provide a full 1.5 hour full service call for €350. This option was never offered to me. Your service engineer called spent the hour on my premises - looked up at the solar tubes from ground level and left telling us no more than we knew already. Subsequent report outlined the same along with a few other quotes and recommendations. If I had known the fact that your engineer was arriving with no ladder to access the panels and would only confirm what we knew already, then we would not have availed of the €199 call out. You should outline this clearly for future enquiries.We have since had the issue resolved by another vendor who replaced the sensor on the roof (safely with ladder and no scaffolding) and serviced the system for €200.€1 more than what we paid OHK but with a much greater return.Regards Sean Coughlan
