Extremely poor experience. They missed shipping deadlines even though I paid extra for expedited shipping. I got notified they had just packaged it on the day it was guaranteed to arrive. This is for my business, and now I'm missing out on hundreds of dollars in sales for this specialty item. Customer service just treated me like they didn't care, apparently they have no one above a line level employee working today. This will be a major blow to my business, and if they had just communicated about the delay, I could have sourced from another supplier. Shocking, and disappointing
