The connection is so poor that I cannot even watch basic videos on Facebook or YouTube. This situation has caused me significant inconvenience in my daily use.When I contacted your colleague about this problem, I was told that I must either pay for six months or wait until the binding period ends. I find this response unacceptable. I am paying for a service that I am not able to use properly.Your advertisements claim to provide one of the best networks, but my experience has been the opposite.
