I have TRIED to pay them the montly fees 3 times. But they have a problem receiving money - as they now state on their website. BUT... they then shut down my services!? I have 2 phone numbers and a router through them - and they turn off my services because THEY can't receive money!?!? At least leave my services open until you figure out things on your side!?!?
