Go somewhere else!I've had calls to EU charged, although my subscription very clearly included calls to EU.First time, customer "service" returned to money, after many increasingly sternly worded emails. Second time they refused in the exact same scenario.Luckily, the Danish tele market has a lot of operators who are happy to take over cancellations etc.The Danish "Teleankenævn" is by the way where you go and submit a complaint for charges not in your contract.
