Where do I even start! I ordered a christmas tree on the 7th of December after seeing a few positive reviews on OjCommerce. I convinced myself that nothing was going to go wrong, thinking I was going to be one of the few lucky ones. The tree was supposed to be delivered on the 11th according to the tracking info I had. The 11th came and delivery date was moved to the 14th. I called Fedex spent 20 minutes asking the robot to speak to a representative, eventually managed to speak to someone. Nothing or whatsoever was resolved but at least the agent was not rude. Today is the 17th 2 weeks later I decided to call fedex again told a different story nothing was resolved again but once again representative sounded very sincere and considerate . Then I thought let me call OjCommerce little did I know, such a pompous, arrogant, full of I know representative. Not at all willing to assist or trouble shoot or offer options. Quick to offer a refund on the 17th of December which will take 2-3 business days meaning i will only get it on 22 December since today is a Friday. Meaning there won't be a chance of getting a tree this christmas. Instead of just offering to send another tree and ship it as urgent. If I needed the money I wouldn't have ordered the christmas tree. The arrogance completely put me off, and still in the end nothing was resolved, spent minutes indirectly blaming me for lying to the extend that I had to apologize for us to continue with the call. I clearly had to apologize because she kept going On and On about me not mentioning something about tracking or whatever. She made it clear that she was the boss, of which I couldn't careless because all I just wanted was to get assistance. You think someone can actually pick up the phone to play a blame game, or fault finder. The emphasis and audacity she had!!! was just shocking I have never been so disappointed with customer service like I was today. My kids have been waiting to decorate that christmas tree for almost 2 weeks. Ornaments and decorations on the floor. OjCommerce and Fedex what a good combination of ruining christmas in 2020!!!
