They are horrible to deal with and do not care about customer experience at all. They are also extremely disorganized . The item I purchased was in stock when I placed the order. The rep then told me there was no ETA and that there was no inventory. So I requested to cancel and magically the next day they had a shipping label on the item and said there was nothing they could do and wouldn’t reroute the “shipment”. They said I could refuse delivery or return via their normal “policy” but the whole process and other reviews I’ve seen has made me seriously doubt I would ever see my money. I do not recommend and if you are purchasing from big box retailers like I did (Walmart) make sure this isn’t the reseller tied to the shipment.
