I purchased a couch that was really reasonable and ideal for my apartment. I bought it and still a week after purchasing my order was still pending. Turns out the couch I bought was out of stock and they still allowed me to purchase it. NO ONE sent a update email. It took me having to call them for this information. My couch was supposed to be here August 9 and now they are saying September 25. I immediately canceled and will not be purchasing from them ever again. Customer service was poor as well. They are not good communicators and are unprofessional when it comes to updating people with their purchases.
