Ordered a student desk for my granddaughter who is currently doing remote learning. After a few days without contact other than a confirmation I started checking the order status online. It kept staying at "processing" so I tried to call, was kept on hold for almost an hour. When I finally spoke to someone she said the desk had been delayed and might be back in stock in 3 weeks. I received no notice of that although she said there should have been an email. There was not. I cancelled the order as the projected date was not guaranteed. I received no word of apology from the customer service rep. I would never buy from this company again. Bev Smith
