I was truly disappointed in receiving the incorrect product from OJCommerce. I ordered/paid for Simple Green Industrial Strength Degresser from Walmart for $19.81 and received Simple Green All Purpose which only costs $3.47. I called OJCommerce and they said to return is for a credit. What I was unaware is it then would cost me $13.50 to return it. This just is very upsetting that their mistake would cost me.
