I feel compelled to share my very negative experience with a certain proxy service. Having tried multiple proxy services previously, I can confidently say this is the worst by far. First, their customer support is dreadful. The support team is unresponsive, unhelpful, and incredibly dismissive. On several occasions, they abruptly ended the chat without resolving my issue, leaving me frustrated and without a solution. It feels like they simply do not value their customers. Secondly, their proxies are exceedingly slow, despite their claims of having a response time of 0.03 seconds. In reality, the speeds are nowhere near what they advertise, making their service virtually unusable for serious tasks. Additionally, their mobile IP proxies are highly risky. I faced numerous issues with reliability and security, which made me question the safety of using their services altogether. Overall, I cannot recommend this proxy service to anyone. Poor customer support, misleading claims, and unreliable proxies render this service a complete waste of time and money. Avoid it!
