I agree with all the negative reviews.This product does not work. Customer service is terrible.I supposedly signed up for a subscription, which I tried to cancel multiple times since receiving my first bottle of serum.Instead, I keep receiving more bottles and no confirmation that they will cancel my subscription in addition to charging me every month. I have spent endless time on this, including calling my credit card company, which now will take time to dispute it. What a nightmare!!!!! Don't get sucked into this!! Do not buy from them...that's my best advice
