I ordered product and returned using the label their representative sent to me (have documentation) only to be told "That is not our return address) I have everything they sent me to send as proof of return. Olay STILL refuses to return my money. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and DO NOT BELIEVE IN THEIR 60 DAY RETURN POLICY!! They will keep the product and your money. I am out $235!
