I ordered a watch, and although the dial seemed decent for the price, the strap quality was terrible. It felt cheap and fragile. The strap broke while I was trying to adjust it, and after a repair, it broke again within weeks of regular use. While the customer service was responsive, it couldn't compensate for the poor product. I strongly advise against buying from this brand.
