Olgish Cakes is a small artisan bakery in Leeds, founded by me, Olga, a professionally trained Ukrainian baker with a passion for traditional cakes. I moved to Leeds in 2022 and brought with me the recipes and techniques I grew up with in Ukraine.
I specialise in making authentic Ukrainian cakes such as Honey Cake, Kyiv Cake and Napoleon Cake, all beloved classics with a long history in Eastern Europe. These cakes are made with care, using quality ingredients and time-honoured methods, to give you a truly unique experience. They are not just desserts, they are a little taste of Ukrainian culture.
