I wanted to withdraw but the term of the agreement says, you will deposit at leat minimum of 40 pounds( three deposits of 40 pounds or above) to enable the withdrawal procedure to go ahead I have done and when you withdraw, there several means and option such as withdraw to bank card, PayPal so many options, I have withdraw an but it will take 24 hours for them to clear the withdrawal and deposit your money to your preferred option you selectedI have contacted the customer service because, the stairs says pending and she said, as soon as it’s cleared, it will change to withdrawal . I am waiting for the 24 hours period.
