I purchased a pair of earrings from Olive and Piper, and almost immediately 3 of the rhinestones from one of the earrings fell out. Unfortunately I waited too long to reach out, as life happens and I was busy, and I was told that they could not replace the defective item because I was outside of their time window. Funny thing is, only one of the earrings had rhinestones fall out.... the other was fine. There was NO excessive wear and tear--I had only worn the earrings 6 or 7 times. The damaged earring was clearly defective. I sent pictures of the pair, and only asked for the ONE damaged earring to be replaced. Olive and Piper cited 'being a small business' as one of the reasons they could not replace my defective earring. Small business or not, if you send an item that is immediately damaged, you should make it right. These were beautiful earrings and I'm upset I barely got the wear them.
