I'm sad to leave a 2 star review, as the jewelry is beautiful. However, I feel the need to be completely honest with others who may decide to order from this company. I placed an order for 3 pieces of jewelry, totaling $136.80 with O+P on 9/15/22 for my son's Wedding on 9/24/22. All of the Reviews I read were glowing, stating Shipping was super fast - so I selected the Free Shipping option. Big mistake, Hours after I placed the Order, I received a Receipt. On the Receipt, it now stated "expect delivery delays" under the Shipping option I chose. Which that disclaimer wasn't there when I placed my order! So, I contacted Customer Service on 9/16/22 to ask if I could upgrade the Shipping to Priority or Express instead & was happy to pay the difference in cost, as I really needed the set before the event on 9/24/22. Customer Service Representative, Kathrine, replied back late on 9/16/22 that my order was "currently processing" and they were "unable to make edits or changes to your order". My order wasn't even sent out until 9/22/22, a whole 7 days after I initially placed it. I'm puzzled as to why the change couldn't have been made. I didn't receive the jewelry until 9/29/22, 2 weeks or 14 days after order. So. long story short...had to wear another set of jewelry that I already owned to the Wedding. And, now I'm out $136.80 & stuck with a set of jewelry that I have no idea when or if I'll ever wear it. I had considered returning it, but their Return Policy seems to be a hassle too. I always try to support Small Business, as I'm a Small Business Owner myself. But, I would never treat my Customers this way & expect them to be a Returning Customer. I will never order from this company again after this experience. And, I will never refer anyone either.
