They advertise free returns for UK orders, so I confidently ordered a pair of dungarees. Unfortunately, they were too small, ending above my ankles with minuscule pockets. I received a refund, but it was minus the original postage. I'm currently questioning this partial refund and waiting for their response. It appears they may not be complying with the law on online shopping. If free returns are offered, I should receive a full refund. Legally, for online purchases, I have the right to a complete refund (including delivery costs) if returned within 14 days, and I returned mine within that period. What they are doing seems incorrect.
