I suggest you change your staff on reception… today I called at 16:17pm (to be precise), I simply called to get an enquiry, the lady who taken the call simply had to “listen” before abruptly interrupting and dismissing the conversation. Not a great perception for the business… she was stand-off, undermining, rude and certainly not professional! If you’re able to listen back on the call I suggest Mr Fisher to do so, perhaps the receptionist will learn a thing or two…
