I went to replace my beloved Spice Boy (this one, the third I've owned, had taken one too many headers onto the floor), only to discover that it didn't seem to be available anywhere online from my usual purveyors ("uh-oh" thinks I).So ... I headed to the Oliver Hemming website, only to find it wasn't appearing there either (panic!). As a last resort, I sheepishly raised a query on their site, asking if there were more on the way. A rep (signing their email "Oliver Hemming, CEO" —wha???) replied in super short order, letting me know that they don't offer that grinder anymore—they've moved on to bigger and better things—but that they've a very limited quantity squirrelled away, and in fact just added them to the site for purchase; just for me! They invited me to order one, if I wanted.Well, I jumped on that immediately, and sure enough, there it was!!! Order placed, immediately dispatched, and on my porch in less than a couple of weeks.I can't believe they did this, just for me, and for such an inconsequential sale on their part. So happy!Thanks so much, Oliver Hemming! (And the Spice Boy is the most amazing grinder ever; I only wish they'd never discontinued it, and that I'd had the presence of mind to order all they had when I had the chance!)
