Delivery took longer than expected. Stated 5-10 working days on website. Came on the 13th working day. I ordered a cot, they kept blaming yodel till I found out it hadn’t been dispatched from their warehouse in order for yodel to pick it up. Approached customer service but did nothing until the 10th day.
