My husband ordered the Maxi Cosi Oxford bundle on the 21st of April for £750, which was in stock and stated it would take 3-5 working days on the website to be delivered. Since the 28th of April we have been chasing for updates from the customer care team, where we were told they were waiting for a warehouse delivery of the stock. We trusted this would be delivered in a reasonable time as we weren’t told otherwise. The experience was terrible, we constantly chased up the store, on occasions the team would forget to get back to us even though they said they would. Lots of false promises stating “it’s on its way”. We waited a month for the delivery and nothing. We cancelled the order as we urgently needed one. Truly poor service.
