YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!This company is a bunch of fraudsters!I placed an order for a toddler learning tower for Father’s Day, the delivery was speedy and swift. But that’s about as far as it goes for praise for this company.Sadly, when I came to build the item on the day before Father’s Day, it was apparent - after 3 hours of trying to build something that should have been straightforward - that one of the legs issued was incorrect. The other issue was the paint, it kept scratching off of the item when so much as a mere fingernail would so much as even touch it. Not to mention the awful and unhelpful instructions not being entirely clear. I emailed and phoned the company to advise that my item was faulty and that I’d like a refund. Without my consent or approval, they immediately issued new legs that arrived the next day which I thought was very odd because I had asked for a refund initially after being totally dissatisfied not only with the legs being wrong (these things happen) but the paintwork was shoddy and in my humble opinion it was a very poor and cheap design, it felt flimsy and unsafe for my toddler even though I’d shelled out £100 for the item, believing as per its description that it would be a sturdy addition to our home. At this point, I just simply wanted to take my custom elsewhere and buy a sturdier design. Which I’m am totally free to choose to do so under the consumer rights act 1988.I emailed the team again, to advise that I’d like a refund yet again. Only to be told that because they had now sneakily issued new legs quickly and without my consent or agreement, that the item was no longer faulty and that they would not cover the cost of returns because in their view it was no longer faulty because they’d rectified the problem. Therefore, if I now wanted to return the item, I would have to pay for it to be sent back out of my own pocket. After speaking to Royal Mail it was evident this was going to cost me quite a hefty fee. As a customer, I feel totally robbed and violated. Either I pay the hefty delivery fee to return it back to these crooks (which I will do out of principle) or be stuck with an item that is not fit for purpose! Where are my consumer rights I ask you?So if you are now a potential customer thinking about using these cowboys, I urge you not to! Go elsewhere and save your hard earned cash or fork out a hefty delivery fee if you are dissatisfied like I had been.
