Ordered wardrobe on 15th October. Was dispatched through a 3rd party. Delivery company that use xpd were beyond useless and hadn’t received delivery by 20th November so cancelled order with oliversbabycare, who confirmed cancellation. 2/3 boxes of wardrobe were then delivered on 26th November by xpd. Contacted Abi at oliversbabycare who asked me to liaise directly with the supplier (even though purchased through their website!). Despite TuttiBambini advising on 5 separate days that the wardrobe would be picked up, they had to arrange a different delivery company to pick it up. Finally picked on 4th December and on 11th December I still had not received refund and had to chase Oliversbabycare who clearly had no interest in trying to rectify the mess. Finally managed to get a refund issue on 13th December!! 2 months of frustration is definitely not worth it! Customer service is dreadful! Customer should not be having to chase a third party - I purchased it from Oliversbabycare and they should have chased it for me!
