I had bought a 3 in 1 travel system of which the product itself was amazing, however, I needed these items shipped to Northern Ireland. This I understood there would be an additional charge but was never shown to the webpage until I got to the checkout. This charge was £50 so I accepted this as it was supposed to be next day delivery. I never got a tracking number so I contacted the customer service number and found out I had to pay an additional £30 due to delivery but I was never contacted via email or phone to explain about this.
