I ordered a cot and draws that stated they were both in stock. I had an email saying it had been dispatched then after waiting the 3-5 working days got an email to say it was out of stock. Confused as it had all ready been dispatched I was then offered a new product or to wait until it came back in stock (end of September).I chose a new product and was given a new delivery date. Unfortunately the delivery company they use kept delaying my order, I understand not their fault however this is just adding to my bad experience. After finally getting the order I unpackaged the cot to find cracks in the base. Running out of time to prep for the baby I start putting it up anyway. My husband then takes photos as I’m putting it up which I send to the company to ask for a new part. They respond to say we will replace it but it’s your fault it cracked as you put it up upside down, which I had however it was broken before I did this. Then I opened the draws and noticed damaged to a side board. This time learning from my mistake I take photos before I put it up so there is no way they can blame me. I think it’s better to buy else where especially whilst pregnant it will be less stressful and upsetting.
