Ordered items on 15.11.25, these were dispatched on 17.11.25 and were due for delivery by FedEx on 18.11.25, it is now 02.12.25 and I have still not received my order, apparently due to delivery delays with FedEx. I have now requested that FedEx return these items to Oliver’s and I have requested that my order is cancelled and a full refund issued. Despite my rights as a consumer, Oliver’s is refusing to refund me my money until the goods are returned to them! An issue between this company and their chosen courier has now become my problem! Not on!
