I recently bought a Nuna Isofix car base from Olivers Babycare, but the item arrived with the packaging already opened and the safety seal broken. While Olivers confirmed they had opened the package before shipping, they refused to offer an exchange unless I paid for return shipping. This is completely unacceptable, especially since the safety seal is crucial for ensuring the product's integrity. Given the importance of safety for such an item, it is appalling that I was expected to cover the cost of replacing a product that was already compromised. The customer service was disappointing, and I would not recommend this company.
