If I could give this so-called company a negative score, I would. They mislead customers into thinking they are a legitimate UK store while actually operating from China under different laws. The item I ordered looks appealing online but arrived as cheap junk with little resemblance to the advertisement. This company has taken my hard-earned money, and based on other reviews, getting a refund seems impossible. I've learned to be more cautious with online purchases in the future.
