I strongly advise avoiding Olivia & James Vancouver. In my experience, this does not appear to be a legitimate business. The items I received looked nothing like what was advertised online—the quality was extremely poor, the sizing was inaccurate, and nothing matched the photos on their website.Their return “policy” is deeply concerning and feels intentionally structured to prevent customers from getting their money back. You are forced to forfeit a significant portion of what you paid, or ship items back overseas at your own expense—something that is not clearly disclosed before purchase.Based on my experience, this operation comes across as deceptive and misleading, and consumers deserve to be warned. I believe this website should be reported to the Better Business Bureau and other consumer protection agencies.
