Placed an order on 09/24/25, today is 10/15/25, and I am still waiting. They provided me a tracking # that is useless and provided no information. I have emailed several times and all I get is the same generic response. Thought I was purchasing from Vancouver, obviously not the case. I requested a refund and was told no.
