As of Aug 25th, the following was still on their website but since my dispute with them it has been taken down. (Advertised themselves as “Canadian Shop”, and indicated a prepaid label would be provided for defective or not as described items). Luckily, I saved all the screenshots as proof to my credit card company. It is very deceiving to propose themselves on the website as Oliver & James Vancouver and not be a Canadian company itself. Even the screenshot from your website indicated it is a “Canadian shop” Also, as I had challenged them for the prepaid label, they refused or simply ignored the request. The dress I bought was of poor quality like what many others had complained about.
