I thought I was ordering from a local service having a clearance sale. The dress arrived quickly, but the material was very poor and not satisfactory, so I decided to return it. Oh dear, they have made it very difficult. You must send it by DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which can end up costing more than the dress itself. I think it can be done via standard mail, but you don’t know the cost until they invoice you, so I decided to cut my losses and throw the dress away. I can say they did respond quickly to my emails regarding the return and acknowledged that it can be expensive. They mentioned some sort of deal they would offer, but I just want to forget this bad experience and have told them to forget it!
