My order never arrived, and I received very little help from customer service. A replacement isn’t possible since the item is out of stock, and they will not issue a refund. Instead, I was asked to choose another item of the same value, but I’m not interested in anything else and doubt it would arrive anyway. I requested a refund again, but it was refused.
