No contact only via email , I tried to cancel an order as my 20% code didn’t go through although it was definitely put in at time of ordering! I tried to call , email etc straight away after placing order but no way of contacting only by mail !I have a mail stating they cannot do anything about it and it’s been shipped although I have had no confirmation!The customer service is not good ! I will not be using this company again .
