Ordered 2 necklaces as Christmas gifts. Both arrived and one was wrong. They got the name misspelled. I checked my order to see if I made the mistake and it was not on my end. My initial communication for help with this was positive. However, i quickly realized this was just to make me feel good. After my second communication to Angelie, I realized these are all automated messages and it's now been over a week with no updates and I've reached out since an additional 2 times.
